Michele Honoré and associates of MRH Designs Faces use the best products possible and will not be held liable in the event of skin irritations, breakouts or allergic reactions, etc. All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary and cleaned prior each client’s makeup application. Any skin conditions, such as allergies or other skin problems must be reported in writing to the makeup artist prior to the scheduled event. The artist will be happy to use products you are familiar with if they are provided by you. 

Reservations & Payments 

Certain services require a deposit to hold your desired date.


Makeup Application, Lessons, Body Shaping and Image Services: Should be scheduled no less than 24 hours prior to desired date.


Wedding Makeup: Should be scheduled at least 30 days prior to the wedding date. Contracted services require a 50% deposit, with full payment due no less than 5 days before the scheduled wedding date. 


Cancellation Policy

Makeup Application, Lessons, Body Shaping and Image Services: We ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 3 hours before your appointment, or you will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee.


Wedding Makeup: No Refunds. Payments may be transferred to a later date if at least 72 hours notice is provided. Cancellation with less than 72 hours notice are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be deducted from prepaid amounts and the remaining credit must be used within 90 days of the original appointment.

No Shows 

Failure to appear at the scheduled appointment will require the full balance to be paid for originally scheduled service. Any amounts paid in advance will be applied toward the balance owed. Calling, texting, or emailing less than 3 hours before the appointment start time to cancel or reschedule will result in payment of the $25 cancellation fee only.

I am serious about your safety while visiting the studio. Please note the following: ​

  • The office is cleaned and sanitized before and after each client. 

  • Use of Masks is up to each individual's comfort level. You will see me wearing a mask or shield depending on the service. 

  • Please read the appointment confirmation emails and complete the necessary forms electronically prior to your session. 

  • If you are not feeling well or have been recently exposed to anyone with COVID-19 or it's symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.
